Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Arthur's AI Website Builder (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Plan & billing; changes take effect for the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose one.

You retain ownership of the text, images and other content you upload or create. You grant us a licence to host, display and process that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you use and that your websites comply with applicable laws.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, layouts and images. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble other content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality or fitness of AI output.

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harmful content; to send spam; to distribute malware; or to interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend or remove websites and accounts that violate these rules.

Forms on your published websites collect information from your visitors and store it in your dashboard. You are the controller of that data and responsible for handling it lawfully, including providing your own privacy notice to your visitors.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. On termination, your published websites may be taken offline and your data deleted after a reasonable period.
